Fractional AI Director who builds what he advises. Co-founder of Trees OS, an AI-first transformation company in Kuala Lumpur, and founder of Trees Engineering, an energy talent company with more than US$10 million in cumulative revenue and 100+ consultants placed on mission, where he now serves as fractional Chief AI Officer. Clients include TotalEnergies, Technip Energies, Saipem, PTTEP, Worley, NOV, Wood Group and GE. 14+ years across energy, EPC and APAC enterprise environments. Hands-on with generative and agentic AI: designs custom AI harnesses, deploys multi-agent systems in production, connects them to business systems through MCP and APIs, and runs his own companies on them. Trains executive teams, and recruits, trains and manages AI engineers.
02 · Selected AI work
- Production multi-agent fleet. Designed and runs a fleet of named AI agents on a self-hosted Linux server: email triage and classification across company inboxes, CRM and deal intelligence, meeting-to-action transcript processing, partner onboarding. Custom harness as the operator interface, human approval before any outbound action.
- Custom AI harnesses. Builds personalised, LLM-agnostic harnesses for clients: agent context, memory, reusable skills and tool connections, deployed where the client already works.
- Fractional CAIO, Trees Engineering. Led the company's AI transformation: internal operations dashboard, an agent that classifies client and candidate communications, and an AI engineer placed and supervised on the platform.
- Fractional AI Director, Eng'in (France). AI transformation, AI training and AI-assisted prospecting mandate for the group.
- TotalEnergies. AI applicant-tracking dashboard delivered by the Trees OS team, and an AI upskilling programme on Microsoft Copilot (about 150 staff over two months).
- Gentari (Petronas). Built a live Project Delivery Control Tower demo for EPC project, consolidating schedule, cost, risk and actions into role-based views.
- Treelance.ai AI recruiting agent and matching engine built on a proprietary energy-skills taxonomy, keeping candidates live through WhatsApp and Telegram agents.
- Corporate AI training. Delivered HRDC-claimable programmes including ChatGPT Mastery (NOV) and Mastering Microsoft Copilot (Usaha Tegas). Microsoft Copilot certified.
